About SimplyInvest.tools
Investing calculators that just give you the answer. No signup, no email, no fake rates — just the math, clear and simple or in full pro mode. You choose.
Why this site exists
Most financial calculators online are buried in pop-ups, gated behind email forms, or wrapped in so much jargon that you leave more confused than when you arrived. We built SimplyInvest.tools to be the opposite: open the tool, type your numbers, get the answer instantly. Nothing between you and the math.
The same goes for our articles. When an inflation report, a market move, or a retirement-rule change hits the news, we explain — in plain English — what it actually means for your money, and link you straight to the calculator that lets you run your own numbers.
What you’ll find here
- Free calculators — compound interest, retirement, dollar-cost averaging, dividend yield, inflation, plus a risk-tolerance quiz.
- Insights — plain-English analysis of the financial headlines that affect everyday savers and investors.
- An investing dictionary — jargon decoded, one term at a time.
Built for beginners and pros
Every page has a Noob / Pro toggle in the header. Noob mode keeps the language simple and the explanations friendly. Pro mode unlocks the detailed assumptions, formulas, and advanced inputs. Flip between them whenever you like — there’s no wrong door.
How we keep it free
The calculators are, and always will be, free to use with no account required. To keep the lights on we may display advertising and, where relevant, link to financial products we think are genuinely useful. Ads will never sit between you and your answer, and anything we recommend is clearly marked. See our Privacy Policy for the details on cookies and data.
A note on advice
SimplyInvest.tools is an education and tools site. We are not financial advisors, and nothing here is personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The calculators show you the math; what you do with it is your decision (ideally with a qualified professional when the stakes are high).
